Phone Portal

They do have call blocks you can set up. Go into the phone portal (not billing portal) and select caller screening. There is a selection for anonymous caller action. You can also control actions on calls received from any number you want to. You can use a wild card to control calls from a range of numbers. I have found these controls to be very effective--particularly during an election year.
