Re: February 2011 Sprint 4G WiMax speeds said by criggs:It seems to me that I've been hearing a lot more bad news about Overdrives than about Sprint's 4G plain vanilla modems. I have one of those PVMs myself, and I haven't experienced major problems (though my experience has not been trouble-free). Have you thought about giving up the Overdrive and swapping?
Remember that you can build your own ad hoc wireless network. You don't need the Overdrive to do that. My strategy hasn't yet progressed beyond fantasies of heading (back) (yet again) to the Sprint store and shoving it up the ass of the first worker I see there.
edit: Back to the future... Oh, and I see Chicago is 150 miles further from me than it was this morning.
