| BWAY.Net is a Great ISP! I had been requesting DSL for my apartment in Park Slope for many months. Verizon initially refused to complete a loop test to my apartment for ADSL, even though I was well within the necessary distance to the CO. I then ordered SDSL - albeit a pricier option, it was the only one I had at the time. Dan Miller at Bway.Net worked all this time to see if Verizon could qualify me. They finally did for SDSL and ADSL; Dan did not pressure me into taking the higher priced option.
I have been connected since last week and am EXTREMELY HAPPY with BWay.net's customer service. They do their best to make up for all of Verizon's shortcomings. |
