Yeah, I had problems connecting too but It's fine now.

It would be cool if others could post when they have outages, so at least we'd know whether issues were just on our end (which is what I was starting to think).

Thought it might be my router, but today when I had the problem I connected directly to comptuer and still no connection.

Anyone have any explanations for this?

@Quate110 - how often do you have problems connecting? I'm finding I could be fine for months, then get a problem connecting a few times in a week then be fine again for a few months.

Seems a bit more often now, but more a nuissance than anything.

Anyway, hopefully it doesn't persist, or at very least become only a few times a year.

I do not get disconnected very often. In fact, my uptime has been up close to a month.

And unfortunately, not a lot of Velcom users know this forum.
