1 edit | Help me on getting cable modem diagnostics Hello there,
I'm writing this because I have an ARRIS C3 and like 50 cable modems connected on it, my question is if there's any way where I could get the downstream, upstream, snr information etc of these cablemodems in a txt or something like that, I've tried using docsdiag program but it scans on the cmts range only, and my modems are not in the same range of the cmts.
I hope you understood my question, sorry for my poor English but basically what I want is to get a diagnostic for all my modems at the same time, because using Motorola Stormwatch is a pain doing it one-by-one.
