cork1958 posted : Anyone by chance know the REAL default password and user name to this modem?

Not that it's that important, but what the heck, it's there!

I've searched and seen where it is admin/cable, but entering any combination of that get's me an error saying wrong password.

FWIW,
Anyone still looking for a comparison between this modem and the SB6120, I just returned my 6120 after 2 weeks of Charter messing it up with a firmware update that isn't compatible with their software. Original firmware supposedly wasn't on their approved list!! Like the new firmware should be approved!! They obviously didn't learn from the Cox and Comcast screw up!!

FWIW,
Also, the easiest way to access te web interface to this modem IS NOT the usual »192.168.100.1 but rather through it's IP address, which you can find once you get into the page by using the above address. That one DOES work, sometimes!!

Thank you
--
The Firefox alternative.
