| Hoping you took the time to ask for help here I have seen routers get so bad that my throughput dropped to 1/6th advertised speed. After a router reset, I'm back at 90% advertised speed, and that has been the answer for most of MY speed issues. Your situation might vary.
PS: I'm new to TDS and in 3 weeks, the tech support people have been decent, but the telephone customer support gets a 1 out of 8 rating from me. My situation is because they just acquired my local telco and the handover has been less than pretty. |
