Silver @eastlink.ca	crap company Have had issues for over a month they kept telling me it's on my end cancelled signed up with telus 15mb dsl and haven't had a problem in two weeks . If you have an option i suggest changing i.s.p. cause once you have an issue a fence post is smarter than east link tech's
