"pay more, Get less" doesn't instill a vote of confidence from customers of BH in rural areas.
Progress is being made in this area...slowly but surely.

I caught the episode this weekend since my ex setup the recording on my dvr last season, and I forgot. So when I saw the new ep on my dvr, I thought "eh, why not".... and was quickly reminded the "why not" reasons |

i can watch TV on my iPad, I can schedule recordings for my DVR on my iPad, how about being able to watch recorded content on my iPad?

pcdebb, I think that was like the first and foremost requested option ever since the dvr app came out. Infact most people were probably surprised when you COULDN'T stream the dvr through it. |

In response to the OP I would add Premier League Extra Time and NBC Sports Live Extra to the services provided.
I have been a BHN customer in the Orlando area since 2000 when it was still Time Warner Cable, and this is the first time I have considered leaving.
BHNtechXpert I like that you have set up this thread to get a real feel for what your customers really want. Without making empty promises you have encouraged ideas and debate in a constructive way.
I will now take my discussion to the [Tampa] NBC Sports Network Extra thread as this is where I am looking for assistance. |

Hi Gary. I think this was missed, but I cannot now for the life of me find where I thought you might have addressed this before, but are they aware and working on a resolution to speed this up? I thought it was maybe because I am at work, but it is extremely slow at home too, using Chrome and IE. |
