Another change... is to streamline the voice mail inbox or desktop phone app to allow for multiple voice messages to be deleted, rather than click one [x] link or delete button (from the desktop bhn phone app) at a time.

I second using Avast instead of McAfee.

Also , up the 30 phone number limit for blocking numbers, say
a nice even number like 100
Ive already got 20 on my phone system at home and have already
used some of the slots that BH phone service has.
I would rather do that than buy the phone block unit if possible.

Anychance for a network monitoring program:

- to view who's on our network.
- allow friends and family who visit our home to access 'said' network with ease.
- deny other PC's (that we do not know) to our network, that un-eventually accessed our network.
- easy to use 'remote assistance' software, to help our family/friends that live across the street, another city, or a couple of states away that may have computer problem.

Basically, 'Network Magic' on steroids.

When in the DVR Manager, please add a way of viewing the program info of a particular show from the DVR Manager screen. As far as I can tell, when viewing the scheduled recording list, the only thing that can be done is clicking the show to modify it's recording option(s).

Also, please add a way to cancel a specific recording when a series is set to record. Example, I have How It's Made to record the entire series, but I wanted to delete just on of the scheduled recordings, but the only option is to delete the series.

Edit: I just noticed that, the page never seems to finish "loading", and I am wondering if this is because I am at work. I will try this again when I get home shortly to confirm, and my company's proxy might be stopping some of the content.

I would like to see Bright House offer a couple different tiered programming packages. From what I see on the Bright House site, you have the option of standard or digital, nothing in between. This morning I wrote down the shows I watch and which channels they are on. I only watch 14 channels (6 OTA local channels and 8 cable channels). I am paying a lot of money for the digital package currently. With equipment fees eating up a good portion of the monthly bill, it would be great if we had some smaller packages to get the rate down for the programming. Something like Dish and Direct do, tiered programming packages.

I would add The NHL Channel to the sports package for Bakersfield's lineup. Currently it's not part of the lineup and games played on that channel are not shown on NHL Center Ice.

I have seen that there will be added overflow NBC channels for the premier league. I have just scrolled through all my channels and all I see is NBC sports, no overflow and we are 3 days away.

The premier league is a massive product internationally and especially here in the Tampa Bay.

Once they get a new deal for NHL Network, Bakersfield will probably get NHL Network. Right now, it's on a month to month deal.

I would like Showtime added to Brighthouse. It is hard to believe that I am willing but cannot pay $17 per month to watch a couple of shows (the same shows that Directv charges $13 per month for).

So is Fred a troll (@comcast.net under his name), or is he living under a rock about the whole TW/CBS thing..... Questions questions.

Not a troll, just have Comcast internet and phone along with Brighthouse TV which my HOA pay for. Not living under a rock either...but the title states 'If you could add a product, feature, or make a change..." Well, I would like Showtime added. It has been over 2 weeks now going on 3 for this nonsense. I don't care whose fault it is, Brighthouse already charges us $5 more than Directv for the same channels to include the Showtime app which Brighthouse never had.

I figured it was a good place to make my voice heard. I would like Showtime added.

I am not sticking up for either company, but you should be careful what you wish for...

If CBS excessive greed is what is causing this problem, and they just cave so that you can get Showtime, you could be paying an EXCESSIVE premium for that channel.

Oh and BTW DirecTV, Dish, Comcast, etc., etc., would also end up getting the extreme cost increase once their contracts ended.

Again - all of this is based on the **ASSUMPTION** that the contract problems are based on CBS excessive greed.

BHN has the best HD lineup anywhere and show no signs of stopping.

For those that have 'Lightning' and 'home phone'... I would have separate hardware features... i.e.: a router not built into the modem, and the phone. Thus having 3 different hardware.

This should allow for the adventurous tech savvy end users to purchase/use their own voip, router and modem devices.

Good to see we are not affected by the CBS troubles here in the Orlando area. Funny how WKMG 6.1 makes absolutely no mention that they are a CBS affiliate during their local time. I have never seen anything like this before no matter where I have been. The other network affiliates around here are not like this.
I am new to this area from the Catskill Mts area of New York State where I could get WCBS (of course the flagship station from NYC) and WYOU from Scranton, PA is that area's CBS station and the CBS logo has been a part of their own logo for as long as I can remember.
