The world is changing. Leaders, who have been sitting on a sweet spot for 30 years, feel no need to change. Technology is doing them in. In the past, it has taken large amounts of money to organize and motivate people. Today, it only takes an internet blog, an Email chain letter or a person with a large twitter family, to raise emotions and move the masses. What use to take money, now only takes a person or group, that has the insight and intelligence to motivate the masses. It could be an individual, people with like thought, an organized group, a foreign power or even beings from an alien world. When new leaders step forward, we MAY have a better idea as to what has/is transpired
