Knology rules!

may i ask in what part of the city you live in.?

I know Bramma had the same problem, and i wonder if it's isolated to a particular street your neighborhood

I live right by the CSU dorms on University Ave.

My neighbor has had the same issues with speed. He and his family are a bit more persistent than I am and have complained so frequently that Knology is giving them free service until the problem is fixed, which could be sometime around Nevruary.

Knology seems to give everyone that complains different reasons for the problem. One tech told us that CSU was sucking up all the bandwidth.
In any case, I'm convinced that Knology either has no idea what the hell is going on or that there are so many problems that they can't pin it down.

My neighbor's wife asked if we were the only customers having this problem. The supervisor she spoke to said no, that it was pretty much the story with most of their Columbus customers. She then asked if they were still taking new customers for the 8MB service even though no one was getting the 8MBs advertised. The supervisor said that even though it sounds dirty they were still taking new customers. It was at that point they offered them free service.
