Capped at 60kbps?

I got the Pay As You Go SIM for $6.96 to put in my phone and purchased $30 worth of minutes but it is good only for voice. There is a data plan called the Web DayPass they say provides "Unlimited" 24-hour mobile web access which costs $1.49/day on days that you need it purchased through the T-Zone so I purchased a day of data to try it out.
The data worked fine at first saying I was connected at 7.2Mb and I was able to stream videos without any problem and speed tests showed about 3Mb down and 1.2Mb up which is a lot faster
than anything else in the area but it only lasted about 1/2hr then disconnected me. After reconnecting it was really slow so I ran the speed test again and was only able to get 60kbps the second time. I don't know if it will speed up again if I pay for another day next time but for now it's capped at 60k. I guess the data is "Unlimited" for 24-hours as long as you don't use much. It's still Ok for web browsing but that's about all.
Does anyone know what the amount of "Unlimited" data is that I can use before getting capped at a speed of 60k each time?

reason why you were capped so fast is because the day pass has a limit of 30 MB before being slowed down to 60kbps.

Randamin, I can't find anywhere that says the "unlimited" day pass is limited to 30mb. Where did you find that documented at? Thanks.

Here is a screenshot of the terms and conditions with the line highlighted stating the slowdown after 30MB.
