Speakeasy customer's support is the worst
I have been a member for 10 years with Speakeasy. Before the merger, I was able to call support and resolve my ISP issues. After the merger, I can't get a hold of anyone. Recently, my dsl was down and I opened 2 tickets. None of my tickets were reviewed or updated. I also called them 5 times and I never got through. I called them from work at put my phone on speaker for 4 hours. Not a single response! Well, that is all I need. The next call will be to cancel my service. Do not get speakeasy!! Their service went from 100% to .0001% overnight. They used to be good but now they hit rock bottom!!!!!!!!! Stay away from Speakeasy!!!!
I am facing the same exact situation as esteban2008... despite their higher priced and the availability of much faster options, i stuck around with speakeasy for over 4 yrs precisely because their tech-support was consistently awesome. Now with the merger it seems that has come to an end. Sucks!
