Charter Line Quality Test - bad fail
Can someone please help me, I have Charter cable and my internet has always been jumpy. I have the 50mbps package yet speedtest.net is only show 2mbps down.

Can anyone help me? Should I contact Charter? What should I ask them?
Oh, I have a Ubee DOCSIS 3.0 modem and a wireless router. I've allowed the WAN Ping on the router.
