Gautier, MS | Most of those numbers are still out of spec but they're definitely better than before, particularly your SNR and power levels. Be careful when summer shows up though; those high temperatures can push your upstream power level up and your downstream power levels down further.
If you can tolerate those levels for now, just leave it alone I suppose until a 'good' tech is willing to show up.

Friendship, TN | made an adjustmet at the cable box outside the house there was a three way splitter with two legs -7db and 1 leg -3.5 the modem was on one of the -7 legs and now it is on the -3.5 leg. |

- Your SNR is definitely tolerable now, though still somewhat low
- The downstream power levels are within minimum range, but again, tolerable
- The upstream is still iffy, but if you're not getting any packet loss and you're receiving the speeds you pay for, don't worry about it.
Basically what I'm saying is if everything's working okay as far as speeds, packet loss, disconnects, etc. goes, don't worry about your line.
But if problems do arise in the future, have the line checked out again.
