changed login information to login with teksavvy

the .5Mb connection from yak, same modem, same router, same computer 5 minutes later after changing login information.
Same 5Mb plan, teksavvy comes in at 5.7Mb while yak at .5mb?
Great ISP, leaves a bit to be desired..
