Woodrow6720 @knology.net	What the heck is happening with Knology lately? (Montgomery) This is getting out of hand. On top of the internet being terrible I have had to take 5 digital boxes back and swap out over the past six months. If you ask me they just send them right back out without properly servicing them. That is a sure sign to me they are trying to prop up the balance sheet to make being bought out or sold off look more attractive. It would not surprise me to hear they are bought out or merge sometime in the near future. You can't keep providing such low quality products and stay in business. And by the way, come to think of it the signal strength to my digital cable has gone way done as well to the point I cannot even get movies on demand due to poor signal strength and I have an amp installed boosting the signal. Go figure.

zpm join:2009-03-23 Columbus, GA	that's probably not a box issue, more likely a reverse tilt at the tap. have they checked the tap spectrum??? it can affect internet more.
