Canadian Broadband → Status of wholesale speed matching on TELUS

Any soul know what the status of wholesale speed matching is on the TELUS infrastructure? I saw the rates in one post, I think $50 for 15Mb, but is everything on hold with UBB being up in the air?

Most recent delays was due to an extension request filed by Cogeco.

So, if one duopoly fights it no matter where they are located in the country, no one can implement it?

No. There is a common process for people to challenge the way the services are costed for the tariff. Everyone is in the same boat. If one party is late, the whole boat is delayed.

Certainly having a distinct process for each and every provider isn't going to be easier for anybody, the incumbents or competitors.

And this isn't the incumbents/duopoly fighting, it is the competitors challenging the costing used to come up with the price.
