| In Mililani, I am getting 118ms max to that IP address via Hawaiiantel. It would be worth swapping your router. I run just a DSL modem to a router that I have owned before I joined Hawaiiantel. |

Yeah, something is not right there. You've got 100% packet loss even before hitting you're router. |
