Same with me.
It now just hangs on the Time Warner logo.
Well, this was short lived wasn't it.

I received the email and downloaded the app. I then logged on "Once" and from then on a "sorry for the yada yada yada try again later message".
Gave it a bad review, and deleated it off the iPad. I noted last evening on the reviews it was down to two stars. I will log on tonight to see how far down it has dropped.
I will also note that many people that downloaded the app give different error messages. So I will wait and see if its in the cards to use at all.
Knowledge is a terrible thing to waste. That is why I post when I can.
