I am on my 6th call in 10 days - Total hold time is 613 minutes and counting as their hold time is typically a 1-1.5 hour fiasco between 8 am and 7 pm EST - The call usually goes something like this: You get some poor neophyte, who will either transfer you to someone who "CAN(NOT)"help or they will take your number so someone can call you back within the hour....It's now Wednesday and I am still waiting on that 1 hour call back they spoke about on Monday. I have currently been on hold for 129 minutes - with no sign of hope. I should have hung up long ago, but morbid curiosity is getting the better of me - As I want to see how long it will take to hear a human.
