His growing infatuation with Penny was also getting in the way. He finally decided to throw all emotion to the wind, and pull an all out attack. The leader of the Evil League of Evil, Bad Horse, liked his idea so he lent him some assistance. First step would be to find Captain Hammer, and eliminate him. Then get rid of Penny to sever the final shred of humanity inside of Dr Horrible's evil mind.
