I allow all cookies, BUT I run scanners and cleaners (SuperAntiSpyware, SpyBot S&D, etc.) to wipe out bad cookies. I also use the latest AdBlock Plus and several filter subscriptions to block third party tracking cookie servers: »fanboy-adblock-list.googlecode.c···tats.txt ...

In IE6 (rarely used), I just delete all cookies manually.
