| Knology's very slow internet speeds... I have been experiencing extremely slow internet speeds, .57 on dow loads and about the same or a little less for uploads...
I want to find out why but can get no information from the people here in Huntsville. I'm a residential customer but would like to explore the possibility of a business account maybe, maybe not... I need information to know. But can't get any information on rates for either business or residential.
I'd be interested in the edge upgrade but can not get any pricing on it... I'm baffled how these people stay in business... (other than their business model is based on "monopoly"). Why before you can talk to someone you have to declare yourself to be residential or business. Don't they realize that some people carry out business in there homes? |
