It sounds as though we will need to dispatch Verizon to tag the line at the MPOE or box at the outside of your location were the phone cables enter the house.

Well the good part is they kept 3 senior level techs so at least once they call you back it will be someone in America again. But jumping that level 1 hoop will be rough each time. And they have no idea how to even start managing the billing information. But this was cheaper and the CEO George Naspo told us that we didn't provide a return on his investment. I thought we were very friendly and helpful and great technicians. Guess i was wrong!
