Yes. That is correct. ATT is ONLY getting T-Mobile USA the actual TMO press release states that and so does ATT's press release. TMO-USA is a separate company than T-Mobile's other networks. The only thing that they share is the same brand and the parent company. Otherwise they're basically independent of each other.
