AT&T Acquiring T-Mobile → AT&T is a rotton wireless company

Randall Stephenson is a liar he knows dame well that all he plans to do is eliminate a competitor a weak one at that and force the industry to raise prices. He is also lying about his claim that "This transaction represents a major commitment to strengthen and expand critical infrastructure for our nation's future," AT&T has not done anything major to improve anything regarding wireless communications, and what minor things that have done has only been at the behest of it's competitors forcing AT&T to at least offer a mediocre level of features and services but at a higher cost to consumers. AT&T is rotten company and all this merger boils down to is a rotten carrier and a shitty carrier merging their crappy services into one to produce more of the same at a higher cost to consumers.
