Tempe, AZ | Hello? Antitrust? Anticompetitive violations? If AT&T does this, they have an effective monopoly on GSM mobile service in the United States. Where's the FTC or FCC to grow a pair and deal with stuff like this? Better yet, why is it that so much of EU regulation for mobile communications seem to just make much more sense and actually protect the consumer more than what these twits get away with here in the states?
