Use the T Mobile merger to get AT&T to back-off usage caps.

We should use this:

T Mobile merger, recently published analysis on an investment site: "Of course, this all presumes that the deal goes through and that is not exactly a slam dunk. Although AT&T apparently feels confident that it can secure regulatory approval (as exemplified with a $3 billion break-up fee), that is no sure thing. Although AT&T made a case in its own press release that there is sufficient competition in the U.S. cellular industry, the FCC has previously commented that there is too little competition and consumer advocates are already howling about this deal."

against the internet usage cap.

People, opposed to the cap, should write letters to the FCC, start websites, write letters to the editors of newspapers/blogs stating how the DSL and Uverse usage caps are likely not for congestion but instead are predatory acts to stifle video streaming, from other companies, and other consumer internet services so consumers will buy those services from AT&T - i.e. anti-competitive, anti-consumer, monopoly power abuse - and therefore a current example of why the T Mobile merger should not be allowed. If that point gains transactions while the FCC and other agencies decide on whether to allow the merger, AT&T might very well remove the caps to take that complaint away.
