The big cable cos are pushing for bandwidth and download caps.Netflix and similar services are cutting into their subscriber base so they are looking for other means to squeeze the consumer.Comcast has already started in some markets and their merger with NBC/Universal is gonna start the squeezing and limits of internet content!
