| Verizon is making my head spin! I've been on the phone quite a bit with the Verizon techs and CSRs in the last weeks. I was finally able to have a Verizon engineer email me the most updated PRL for Alltel - 40074. However, my service got even worse with that one.
What is also frustrating to me is that all the techs and CSRs tell me different info regarding the Verzion Wireless coverage area. A few tell me I'm in the coverage area for broadband, a few tell me I am not, and a couple tell me I am in a roaming area. If I go to the Verizon site and put in my address and click for broadband, it shows that I am in the coverage area. Ridiculous!
Some techs have offered the Mifi 2200, but then one tells me that since it is over the air, it may not work. Another tells me I am not eligible for it because my early upgrade date isn't until next month. Another tells me I am eligible.
I don't have the money to try new devices or companies, which is making this more frustrating. I just need reliable service so I can work! |

 | When you create a new post, on the bottom next to spell check it says "Preview/Attach" after select attach and then it'll allow you to upload a file. |

 | Thanks, Pioneer56, but I cancelled my service last month. I just couldn't get a signal strong enough to use anymore. I'm currently using dial up for now...

 | reply to DemyDame Many of my friends are using Verizon and i have never heard any such problem. I also do believe they have a very excellent customer support. God knows what happened this time. |

| JimmLee, You are right on that one - God knows what happened. Everything post merger has been overall terrible. I hate that now I don't have high speed internet. With all the complex html on websites, as well as videos, music, and applications that only work on high speed, dial up is not cutting it. |
