A very significant portion of the Internet's traffic at the carrier backbone levels for various Tier 1/2 carriers (and smaller) and edge routing uses Juniper routers and they work fine. Yes, there are bugs in JunOS from time to time... its not like Cisco's IOS doesn't have a bug or 100.
