PS3 Format FAT32

tbone2006 join:2006-07-22 Abilene, TX	PS3 Format FAT32 I am sure this has been asked before so let me apologize first off. How do I format a portable harddrive to make it fat32? I would like to be able to backup my ps3, but it seems it is picky. One computer is Vista and the other is XP. Thank you.
