I've seen this either on FSTV or Link TV, I forget which. A problem with stuff like this is they omit blame for those who lied on loans. I can agree many lenders knew a lot of loans were rife with fraud, but there isn't much blame going to either the mortgage applicants or to government which coerced many banks to make bad loans.

Worse even today, I can pass new housing in my city which advertises 0% or 1% down, which would make someone upside down in their home at closing. The situation of poor underwriting and insufficient equity doesn't appear fully resolved at this time.
