Mount Pleasant, SC | Motorola WR850G not working with SB6120 - Comcast Hello all,
I recently got 22/5 comcast HSI installed in my apartment and I cannot get the Motorola WR850G to work with the Motorola SB6120 Modem.
The WR850G is on all default settings - and the SB6120 works great with a wired connection. The problem is there is no wired or wireless internet connection coming from the WR850G router when I plug the modem into it.
Are there any settings that need to be changed on the router for the internet to work?
