I'd prefer not to have a hey mod button on reviews. It would be handy for situations like the one you mention, but it also would invite people complaining via hey mod about someone's review they don't like. Frankly from reading the review section intermittently lately, I think there may already be too much badgering of reviewers to change their ratings.
What I suggest is making a short post in reply to the review, and then hey modding your own post with your explanation under "other". That will get it to an appropriate moderator's attention. -- I don't have a problem!
