I prefer thigh as well. Much more flavorful and you needn't worry about overcooking it. And, it's way cheaper than breast (even store-brand split).
I'm making tilapia, sauteed green beans and red pepper, and linguine with garlic and breadcrumbs. I do the Meatless Fridays for Lent thing.
