Deleting static port forwards in MI424-WR

How do i delete these 2 static port forwards in the router? there is no way to delete them from the interface that i can see.

they go to ports - Application UDP Any -> 63145 - 63146

TCP Port 4567 , used for Verizon Remote access to the router
UDP Port 63145 , used for remote DVR

Removing the first rule will only mess up tech support if you ever call in , removing the second will mess up remote DVR.

nevermind i did a factory reset and was able to delete it now i still cant get remote DVR access to work for some reason. I forward ports UDP Any -> 63145-63146 but its still not working.

I think the method to reset Remote DVR includes a factory reset of the Actiontec, disabling the feature on the DVR, then enabling it again, then waiting a period of time for it to register. Tech support has the ability to do that as well, sometimes with mixed results.
