I called and he said it is a system problem. Most likely a broadcasting issue since all my signal levels were fine. My internet speeds are just another issue as well. He recommended I get a newer modem. I currently have a SA DPX2203 modem.
I have the 8300HD DVR box. Those new Samsung boxes look so ancient. The lcd display is awful and it runs so slow. Just for what I have seen with 2 people I know that have it.
