Avast on my machine is one version behind dad's on definitions, 110411-1 seems to be the problem.

It's not the only site. It's all over twitter and facebook. A bad update has sparked all sorts of issues. Disable the web shield if you want until they get a fix out. |

Avast has been reporting their own site as a trojan including my router login screen, Yahoo, and many other web sites I had visit in the past hour as trojans. |

Shoot! I am in the process of D/L the free version (latest). I have used MSE since AVAST caused problems on my system and I hoped I had waited long enough for it to be OK to use again.  When, oh when, are they going to get it right and return to the reliable program they were before? |
