Cell Phone SPY... HAcker..!?

Hello, I am New Here Found this Forum on Google Seems to be a nice place.

I have someone who is intercepting my Text Messages, I know he is doing this for a fact, He knows things nobody would ever know unless he has had access to my text messages, and I Keep My phone to my Hip Constantly. I would not put this behavior past this person either.

I have recently installed Net Quin Lookout Antivirus and Task Killer.

How would one intercept another persons Text messages?
How Can I Stop this?

Please Help

You have provided no useful information.

What type of phone? (I'm assuming cell phone as my computer doesn't text message..but it does instant message)

If you're so worried about it, wipe your phone and reload all your data back on manually.

"text messages" through an IM client on a computer; like AIM, MSN, ICQ etc. can sometimes be sniffed using packet capture software, example: Wireshark

Another possibility is a screen grabber or keystroke logger installed on your computer (a remote person can see the screen or get's sent an email of your keystrokes) example: VNC or keylogger

If you are referring to cell-phone text messages, then either this is being done as a service by the telco (example: parents sign up to get copies of all their kids text messages) or perhaps the SIM card has been cloned to another phone

@rr.com

IAm Using a Motorola Droid On the Cricket NEtwork, I am Using Simple MMS MEssaging. Others Suspect he is picking up there calls as well.

We suspect he is using another cell phone to Do so.
Is it possible a Local Person Could install something on my phone to intercept my Messages? Even though he has never had access to touch it or anything?

It's unlikely, but not impossible, that it's something installed on your phone; could you prove that by keeping the phone off, then seeing if this other individual is still aware of incoming text or voicemails?
- you could try doing a master reset of your phone
- you could try breaking your phone, then getting it replaced, request that you want a new SIM, and nothing transfered from the old

another thought, is this other person physically near you, perhaps bluetooth on your phone is leaking this information? keep bluetooth off for awhile?

more likely is that he/she cloned SIM card or the phone's IMEI to another phone, or this is an insider at the phone company :-/

my advise is that you stop "tinkering" with this and seek the help of law enforcement, if your claim is valid they will become very interested in this individual

If your phone is not cloned I find this unlikely and the tech to do such is not readily available to just anyone. Gov, Military, Law Enforcement and such.

There are lots of android phone spy apps out there eg:

»androidspyphone.com/

from a quick Google search and I'm sure there are tons more.

Could he be sniffing airways, yep but as mentioned that requires specialized equipment and usually random idiots can't get that stuff (afford or access), so the most likely thing is software installed on your phone, hence you need to have a close look at what is running on your phone.

I'm not sure I am buying into this story... almost seems like you are asking how...You are using two different accounts, one to ask the question and another to answer responses in the tread. (the do look simular)

buivk71455 and Buick71455 And You ArE Anonymous!

The Engrish is also a bit off...

Too Many Caps in Sentences, Etc...For My LiKiNg, 1st sentence is off, sparse use of a '.', BuT FrEqUeNt use of the ','......

Makes me think???

Prob someone got on your phone and set up forwarding to send all your text messages to another phone or an email account. Check your settings...

Re: Cell Phone SPY... HAcker..!?

If you could have provided useful information, we might have been able to help you out. If you're referring to "text messages" on a mobile phone, try to restore it to factory settings.. wipe everything off and see what happens. It should be free from any "trace" if that's the case.
