You Weren't Using 4G.

You only had 3G. If you had updated your mobile to 4G you would probably have been getting 21Mb on T-Mobile. Also, what's the speedtest for?

That speedtest result was from 8 months ago. Plus I didn't have the option to get a 4g phone then.
