No, smtp.west.cox.net is a Cox server not mine.

I have no issues sending through my domain's server or several other servers I have access to. The issue is only when sending from a Cox server.

I am only elaborating on the port blocking of port 25 and others (not all are listed on their site).

As to why you keep getting seen as spam I dont know, Ill leave that to the Cox support teams.
