 xur17 join:2003-03-26 Cincinnati, OH | Home Phone Options Does anyone know if you can get Cincinnati Bell with pay per minute home phone (or anything like that)? I have a septic system that needs to be connected to a phone to dial in, but doesn't work over voip.
I am hoping to switch to voip. |

 DeathKPremium join:2002-06-16 Cincinnati, OH | I don't think a pay as you use plan exists. There's always going to be a monthly charge for the land line. You can minimize that cost by going with their basic phone plan, which is $19.45 per month. You can use it as a backup to the VOIP too. I'm sure it's an extra $20 a month you don't want to spend, but you have to weigh that cost against updating your septic system to something that doesn't need to dial out over a phone line or one that works with VOIP (if such a thing exists).
