Re: [Cable] Rogers techs erroneously disconnecting 3rd party cus
said by TSI Rick:Another user on here stated that his was pulled on Thurs.. Rogers finally came on Sun to reconnect... Rogers tech said he'd already done 3 reconnects that day for TPIA wholesale customers.
It's almost funny you mentioned this today as I have been in contacts with our Rogers rep to prevent this very thing from continuing to occur...I received notice yesterday that they were investigating, and I just sent a reminder request for an update a few moments ago...this is slowly becoming a large issue for TPIA providers which we are definitely aware of.
It is getting to be a bit much. Glad you guys are really getting on Rogers about it.
The time I installed my Teksavvy. The Rogers tech mistakenly cut my TV cable even though my TV is with them, that stupid technician puts a filter on my TV, and caused me without cable TV for one day until I gave them a call and they sent somebody just to remove the filter.

That was me I'm happy that it got reconnected that quickly, considering some of the horror stories I've heard of people being without internet for up to a couple weeks. Still, 4 days to send out a tech to fix their mistake is still too long.
