has anyone considered that you do not HAVE to accept the arbritor chosen by Att? especially if they have a conflict of interest such as having worked for att in the past or that they have never ruled one case against att. If they refuse to answer these questions (on the record) they have disqualified themselves and your open to choose an abritor of your choosing.
I highly doubt att will want a small claims issue to go on for what might be a year while spending $200 per hour on a lawyer for a trivial, to them, case.
