50%+ packet loss is using `mtr 220.127.116.11` (18.104.22.168 is one of the major internet backbones; it's NEVER down). Anyway, all the loss is at the gateway, and the majority of it is because the connection flops up and down all the time for long periods.
PM sent with account info, but frankly we've tried a long time already to get decent tier 2 / 3 support with zero success to date and many broken promises of callbacks, fixes, or a Covad tech visit. Instead it's just the same stupid scripts, a halfassed attempt at renewing the lease, and zero improvement in the problem of our connection being totally erratic.
