No problems here with the url, but I do not intend to use this program.

Checked again the url but also to me no probs.

Ok got the page......had to turn my ad-proxy off.

Easy as pie,just entered the new license on my existing install and presto..........another year,cool.

Is this program any good?

Maybe its just me, but between the link not working, the redirect to trial pay, the lack of any info (let alone a license), its useless and just not worth it.
Have to image my HDD back now.

I had little trouble accessing it? Although the link goes to trial pay you should see that the order has been completely filled out for you for $0.00.
It seems you can also add this licence to an existing license for another free year! I haven't tried this product myself though, but I'm a bit tempted.
You're not re-imaging back because of all this though, are you?

Never had it before so I thought I would give it a try.
I did get the order from CNet and it had some number at the top.
I installed Mamutu and tried the number in the email.
It said it was not a valid number or it was used.

I reimaged my drive just to be sure all traces of Mamutu were removed. It only takes about 10 minutes or so.

If you have Mamutu installed already,all you need do is apply the new license to your existing app and it's good for another full year.

The problem with the url was because I use an ads.pac file...........this is a very good program to have as an added layer of security.

That was the final problem. I finally got the license and applied it, then it said it was no good or it was used already.
I have never had so many problems with a piece of software as I had with this one.

It may have something to do with it being an offer from Cnet.

I've seen other users have the same problem on other boards.

I have a multi-year license for Mamutu. All this did was add another one year license to my account; it didn't extend my current license.

You need to allow Trial Pay, Cloudfront and Google Analytics to temporarily run (or at least I did) before the screens would work properly (I'm using Palemoon).

You have to type in the key they give you in the Convert Coupon code field on Mamutu.

I prefer Mamutu to Threatfire; I've been using it for years.
