Phone Power's Setup for Grandstream HT502 & Netgear WNDR4000
I have Grandstream's HT502 ATA connected to Netgear's WNDR4000 router. I have assigned the HT502 a static address on the ATA and the router. I have been experiencing some loss of connectivity through the HT502 and was wondering if anyone has information about the proper setup entries at the ATA and the router.
I see that the screeny shows to Disable SIP Firewall that should be the first thing anyone does when setting PP ATA behind a router. This setting is not unique to Dlink routers and SPI does does not play with PP or other VoIP services.
